Baseball PEI Launches Strategic Plan to Guide Growth Through 2030
Baseball PEI is proud to announce the launch of its new 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, setting a clear and inspiring course for the next five years of growth and development in baseball across Prince Edward Island.
Developed over 18 months through extensive consultation with players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and community partners, the plan reflects the collective vision of a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable future for the sport. It identifies key priorities that will strengthen administration, enhance development opportunities, and ensure that baseball continues to be a positive and accessible experience for all Islanders.
“This plan represents where we are — and where we’re going,” says Rhonda Pauls, Executive Director of Baseball PEI. “It focuses on the areas that will have the greatest impact right now, while ensuring we stay true to our values of integrity, inclusivity, and player-centred growth. Together, we’re building a stronger game and community for the next generation.”
The 2025-2030 Strategic Plan includes measurable goals and outcomes to track progress in membership growth, coach and umpire development, and organizational capacity — ensuring accountability and transparency as Baseball PEI continues to evolve.
